Social Media and Brand Week

     Social Media and Brand Week is an event organized by Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Social Media Unit, in collaboration with the EMU Faculty of Communication and Media Studies. The event tries to inform and enhance audience's knowledge on latest trends in social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, brand identity management, customer relations, brand identity crisis, and upcoming developments in technology. 

     Social Media and Brand Week has been organized every year at EMU Campus, since 2016. So far, the conference hosted more than 25 speakers who are experts in their field of work and working in international markets and local agencies. Some of the companies that SMBW speakers were working at are Netflix, Coca-Cola, Vodafone, Lionel Messi, Sony, BBC, Turkish Airlines, Renault Turkey, Turkcell, Creditwest Bank, Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell, Hepsiburada, Arçelik, Grundig, and Akustikhane.
